I ordered several items from this company. Two of the addresses were in mainland, China. The items arrived and were exactly as I expected. I also ordered a ladies bicycle, electric, and a scooter, to go to two different addresses in the United States. Both items arrived in good condition and as expected. A third item which was a child’s electric bike, was supposedly shipped to an address in egg Harbor city New Jersey. That item was supposedly shipped by Ocean freight. The item never arrived. However, the tracking said it was delivered which it was not. I noticed that the company must have confused two different towns in New Jersey on this particular order so the item never arrived. I have been in contact with Dean Ping. He gives me a lot of lip service. I requested a refund from the company for $338 US. However the company disputed my request and offered a different solution. Dean Ping said he would ship another child’s bike, but it never arrived. So at this point, I am out $338.US
